Telehealth Consults

ONYX Aesthetics and Wellness is a physician-owned practice in Bakersfield. We offer video consults for wellness, hormone evaluation, and medical weight loss for patients who are physically in California or Arizona at the time of the visit.

Our only clinic is in Bakersfield, California. Arizona is telehealth only. There is no ONYX office in Arizona.

Who it is for

Adults who want a wellness consult, an HRT evaluation, or a medical weight-loss consult, and who will be physically located in California or Arizona at the time of the visit.

If you are not in California or Arizona when we connect, we cannot see you for a clinical visit. This page is not an offer of care outside those two states.

In-person aesthetics and procedures stay at the Bakersfield clinic.

A visit is a medical evaluation. We may order labs and, if treatment is appropriate, send prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice. A consult does not mean treatment will be prescribed. Results vary. No outcome is guaranteed.

What we do not offer by video

Video visits are not for injectables, lasers, body contouring, skin-care procedures, or any in-clinic treatment. Those are done in Bakersfield only.

Telehealth is not emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

You must be physically in one of these states at the time of the visit:

  • California

  • Arizona

We do not currently offer telehealth visits from this page in any other state.

California patients may be seen in person at the Bakersfield clinic or by video. Arizona is telehealth only. There is no ONYX office in Arizona.

We do not have an office, waiting room, or “now open” location in any state except the Bakersfield clinic below.

  • Be in California or Arizona for the entire visit.

  • A video consult is an evaluation, not a promise of medication or a specific result.

  • We will ask you to confirm your location and complete consent before care.

  • Telehealth is held to the same professional standard as an in-person visit in the state where you are.

  • This is not a substitute for your primary-care physician or emergency services.
